Is there a follower minimum?
No. Brands set their own requirements per brief and plenty specifically want a small engaged audience over a big passive one.
Do I have to be exclusive?
No. Work with anyone. If a brief asks for exclusivity it says so and it is priced for it.
Who owns the content?
You do. Every brief states exactly what usage the brand is buying and for how long. Nothing is granted by default.
